Role Responsibilities

Role Requirements

• •Fluency in English – outstanding verbal, written and listening skills.
• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• •Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision making.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• •Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems at the same time.
• •Flexibility to work in various shifts, according to business needs.
• •Experience in customer service and/or AML Compliance would be an advantage.

Work Shift

HYBRID - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office for a minimum of three days.

The role operates on a quarterly rotating schedule, with working hours of 12:00 PM–9:00 PM or 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (Philippines time) . Candidates must be flexible to work either schedule, with shifts changing every three months.
