Associate

We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our Corporate/M&A practice in CMS Warsaw as an Associate.

Your responsibilities:

• •Advising clients on corporate law and M&A matters;
• •Preparing and managing transaction and corporate documentation;
• •Participating in due diligence reviews and preparing reports and recommendations for clients;
• •Analysing legal regulations and drafting legal opinions and memoranda;
• •Collaborating with clients and specialist teams in Poland and across other jurisdictions;
• •Supporting Partners and Counsel in the delivery of complex transactional projects;
• •Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

What we are looking for:

• •Qualified Attorney-at-Law (radca prawny) or Advocate (adwokat);
• •Experience in Corporate/M&A gained in a law firm environment;
• •Strong knowledge of company law and M&A transactions;
• •Fluent English language skills;
• •Strong analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills;
• •A collaborative mindset, commitment to professional development, and an ability to build long-term client relationships;
• •Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks;
• •Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
