We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Jacksonville office. This person will work with a strong team of Attorneys and focus on auto liability cases.

Responsibilities:

Manage and litigate cases both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Prepare and respond to discovery.

Draft briefs and motions.

Work in the office 3-4 days a week to foster collaboration and learning among team members.

Engage in trial preparation and potentially attend trials alongside senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil law.

Strong writing skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to office culture and collaboration.
