Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze functional and non-functional business requirements.

Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Create and maintain documentation and specifications.

Use data visualization tools to identify trends and support insights.

Assist in managing tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Support stakeholder communication and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of IT business analysis experience.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience with documentation, user stories, and agile processes.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Ability to analyze data and provide business insights.

Team player with willingness to learn and grow.

Basic stakeholder management skills.
