What we're looking for?

UK-qualified commercial focussed lawyer (or holds a similar certification in a common law jurisdiction) to join our Commercial team

2 - 4 years PQE

Is tech-savvy and has experience with tech solutions

Has a great sense of humour and is a team player

Has excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Has strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Has experience advising clients outside the jurisdiction of qualification such as Europe and the Middle East

Is able to draft, review and advise on a broad spectrum of commercial and technology agreements

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, both the technology and its regulation

Has had exposure to data protection and intellectual property contractual matters and may have knowledge of consumer law

Is an independent thinker capable of giving decisive advice that has both legal and business implications but knows when to escalate to more senior lawyers

Wants to take on responsibility in a supportive environment

Wants to help build a new firm that is growing extremely quickly

Is entrepreneurial to their core and ferociously champions their clients' interests
