How you will make history here...
The Associate Analyst Specialist – Commercialization is responsible for supporting the successful execution of new products, product changes, and process improvements from development through full-scale production.
This role serves as the primary plant-level coordinator for commercialization activities, ensuring alignment between operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain. The Associate Analyst Specialist ensures that new and modified products are launched efficiently, meet quality and food safety standards, and are integrated into plant operations with minimal disruption.
What you will do...
Commercialization Execution
Support commercialization of new products from pilot and trial phase through full production
Coordinate plant activities during product trials, startups, and initial production runs
Ensure all required documentation, materials, and resources are in place for successful launches
Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, sanitation, and R&D teams
Align plant activities with commercialization schedules and business priorities
Communicate project updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders
Support coordination between plant and corporate teams
Process & Product Implementation
Assist in implementation of new formulas, processes, and product specifications
Ensure proper setup and execution of new or modified production runs
Verify alignment between plant execution and approved product standards
Identify and escalate deviations or risks during implementation
Data Collection & Analysis
Collect and analyze data from trials and production runs
Support evaluation of product performance, yield, and quality results
Identify trends and provide insights to improve product and process performance
Maintain accurate records of trial results and production outcomes
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Support troubleshooting during trial and startup phases
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Identify opportunities to improve commercialization processes and plant readiness
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Documentation & Systems Support
Maintain accurate documentation related to trials, product changes, and commercialization activities
Support updates to plant systems, including formulas, specifications, and work instructions
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
Training & Operational Support
Support training of operations on new products, processes, and procedures
Reinforce standard work and expectations during initial production runs
Provide support during transition from development to steady-state production
Who you will work with...

Ensures alignment between plant operations and commercialization requirements
Supports successful startup and stabilization of new products and processes
Performs other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, or related environment
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting product commercialization, trials, or process improvements
- Experience in food manufacturing or CPG environment
- Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, or production processes
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$64,600-$88,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
