Job Responsibilities

• •Provide technical support for network, system, and connectivity-related issues.
• •Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• •Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• •Install, configure, and support Windows and Linux operating systems.
• •Assist in the administration and monitoring of VMware virtual environments.
• •Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• •Respond to incidents and service requests within defined service levels.
• •Perform system monitoring , maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
• •Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• •Maintain technical documentation , troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects.
• •Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.

Job Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• •0–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Network Support, IT Operations, or a similar role.
• •Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP , DNS , DHCP , VLANs , Routing , and Switching .
• •Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies.
• •Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• •Understanding of hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• •Basic knowledge of network security concepts, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• •Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Good verbal and written communication skills.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• •Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or VMware certifications are a plus.
