  • Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and other team members to develop litigation strategies and achieve favorable client outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal litigation teams.
  • Stay informed of developments in privacy and cybersecurity law, including emerging litigation trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with substantive motion practice, written discovery, and other aspects of litigation.
  • Familiarity with federal and state privacy statutes, including CCPA/CPRA, BIPA, VPPA, and related laws, is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated professional achievement.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Active admission to the California State Bar is preferred, but not required.
