Associate Director, Global Integration Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst – New York, Chicago (Hybrid)

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Consulting practice in a full-time role with one of JLL's premier financial services clients. Our Consulting practice combines forward-thinking strategy development, practical implementation, and structured program management. As a result, we deliver creative, cost-effective, streamlined solutions that not only look good on paper, but work in practice — helping our clients achieve lasting competitive advantage.

In this role, you will support transformation initiatives as part of a Global Integration Program Management Office overseeing end-to-end organizational process improvements, integrated governance frameworks, and multiple program management efforts across regional implementation teams and construction and consolidation projects.

The Associate Director will be responsible for managing individual workstreams within the integration program, with oversight and support from the Global Integration Program Lead. These responsibilities will include leading regional integration forums, owning updates to the regional councils, and acting as the point person to develop report-outs for key leaders and stakeholders (among other things). The ability to be self-sufficient, accountable, responsive, and comfortable with direct client interactions will be paramount to success in this role, as well as knowing when to pull in the Global Integration Program Lead for support.

What This Job Involves

  • As part of the Global Integration Program Team, support regional program integration, process improvements, and other PMO projects as needed
  • Support the establishment of cross-functional, end-to-end governance to drive unified regional integration and oversight, under the Program Lead's direction
  • Support real estate and workplace streamlining and consolidation activities from strategy through implementation, escalating key decisions to the Program Lead
  • Create high-quality written and verbal client communications, translating operational updates and data insights for business unit and leadership audiences to enable awareness, decisions, and alignment
  • Develop business cases that connect strategy and analytics to clear recommendations and next steps
  • Develop and monitor program performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track program health
  • Organize and facilitate regional meetings, owning inputs, outputs (actions), and follow-ups aligned with program templates
  • Source, streamline, and manage regional inputs, stakeholder feedback, data, tracking, tools, and reporting to ensure single-source accountability and data credibility
  • Perform data visualization for use in communicating operational performance, financial modeling/analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting with minimal supervision
  • Develop processes for assessing progress, and compile and analyze program lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to help identify improvement opportunities and recommendations

Key Competencies

  • Professional presence: Ability to build credibility and rapport with program sponsors and stakeholders
  • Program thinking: Capacity to support innovative program management and stakeholder engagement solutions for program delivery challenges
  • PMO adaptability: Flexibility to support program management operations in dynamic environments and help adjust to changing program needs
  • Program support and acumen: Ability to apply program governance principles to support program teams and contribute to portfolio initiatives

Desired Experience and Technical Skills — Required

  • A Bachelor's degree with a focus in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience (consulting, real estate, finance, etc.)
  • Financial modeling and data analytics skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus
