Job Description

Role Summary

The Financial Patient Program (FPP) Market Engagement & Enablement Lead is the AP business-facing leader within Digital Human Health (DHH) responsible for translating regional and market priorities into an integrated FPP roadmap. The role connects global product teams, AP functions and local markets to shape FPP design and drive Access deployment, adoption, governance and measurable patient and business outcomes.

The role leads market engagement, enablement, change and value realization while developing a high-performing regional team. Global product teams own core platform development and releases; local teams support market-specific execution and integrations.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Market Partnership

  • Shape and execute the AP FPP engagement and enablement strategy aligned with regional priorities.
  • Translate patient, business and operational needs into priorities, roadmaps and success measures.
  • Represent AP market needs in regional and global forums and provide concise executive updates on progress, risks and decisions.

2. FPP Design and Access

  • Partner with global product teams and markets to translate FPP design requirements into scalable Access platform capabilities and roadmap priorities.
  • Lead Access market onboarding, platform activation, adoption, validation and ongoing business support across AP markets.
  • Coordinate fit-gap assessment, requirements, user acceptance, release readiness and post-launch stabilization with product, IT, market and vendor teams.
  • Gather user and market feedback, prioritize enhancement needs and contribute to continuous improvement of Access and the broader FPP operating model.
  • Provide structured AP market analytical inputs to help with the FPP design processes

3. Adoption and Enablement

  • Build and lead the AP Program Owner community; develop reusable playbooks, training, toolkits, FAQs and best-practice forums.
  • Identify adoption barriers and mobilize corrective action to embed Access and wider FPP capabilities into routine market operations.
  • Strengthen market capability and self-sufficiency through targeted coaching and knowledge sharing.

4. Insights and Value Realization

  • Define and track adoption, utilization, data quality, operational performance, patient impact and business outcomes.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to translate FPP data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
  • Lead a regular value and adoption cadence, tracking outcomes, risks and corrective actions.

5. Governance and Delivery Leadership

  • Drive consistent implementation of AP frameworks, playbooks, controls and approved policies; ensure exceptions are appropriately governed.
  • Orchestrate global, regional, market, IT and vendor partners with clear roles, deliverables, decision rights and escalation paths.
  • Identify process, control and system gaps and sponsor scalable improvements across markets.

6. People and Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team with clear priorities, accountability and performance expectations.
  • Build capability in market engagement, change leadership, analytics interpretation, executive storytelling and program delivery.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, development plans and stretch opportunities; build succession depth and retain diverse talent.
  • Allocate capacity, sequence priorities and remove barriers so the team delivers with focus and quality.
  • Lead through ambiguity and change with clarity, empathy, sound judgment and enterprise mindset.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant business, healthcare, analytics or technology discipline preferred.
  • Typically 8+ years in market access, commercial operations, analytics and insights, digital transformation, customer success or program leadership; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading people or matrix teams, developing talent and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align global, regional and local stakeholders.
  • Experience leading platform adoption, change, capability deployment or value realization, preferably including patient programs.
  • Strong business, analytical, governance, project leadership and executive communication skills.
  • Professional English required; Asia Pacific experience strongly preferred.
