Working closely with Recovery Managers, the Intake Coordinator, and the Director of Programming, you'll be responsible for ensuring our recovery programs remain effective, consistent, and grounded in our Christian mission and values.

You'll also play an important role in supporting the development and future launch of detox services as we continue expanding our continuum of care.

Lead, coach, and develop Recovery Managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a healthy team culture.

Oversee program quality, participant outcomes, occupancy targets, and operational performance.

Collaborate with the Intake Coordinator to strengthen referrals, admissions, and participant transitions.

Monitor program data, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure accurate departmental reporting.

Support Recovery Managers in addressing complex participant situations and maintaining consistent standards of care.

Support the planning and launch of future detox services , including operational planning, staffing, and program integration, with ongoing oversight once established.

Collaborate with Finance and organizational leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and strategic initiatives.

Significant leadership experience in addiction recovery, residential treatment, or related social services.

Demonstrated experience supervising managers, developing teams, and overseeing program operations.

As the Associate Director of Recovery, you'll have the opportunity to lead programs that support individuals on their journeys toward recovery, stability, and independence while helping build a strong team culture.

You'll also contribute to the future growth of our recovery services, helping create new opportunities for individuals seeking healing and a fresh start.
