At MJH Life Sciences our success is measured by your success! If you set your standards high and want to contribute to a winning team, we’ll provide you with every opportunity to help grow our company and your career. Our associates come from all backgrounds, sharing one key quality: determination to succeed. If you believe you’re right for the job, this is the place to prove it!

We're seeking a driven, quota-oriented Business Development / Sales professional to grow grant revenue for our CME (Continuing Medical Education) company. This is a revenue-generating sales role: you will be responsible for prospecting new funding sources, developing strategic education concepts in key therapeutic areas, pitching our education offerings to prospective supporters, and closing grant commitments that fund PER-accredited education. Success in this role is measured by the grant revenue you bring in.

You'll spend your time building a pipeline of prospective supporters (including pharmaceutical and industry funders), identifying educational gaps and shaping them into compelling program concepts, leading virtual and in-person pitch meetings, writing persuasive grant proposals, and partnering with internal teams to turn commitments into delivered programs.

  • Own a revenue target: develop and execute a sales strategy to secure grant funding for PER-accredited education
  • Drive strategy and concept development: research therapeutic landscapes, clinical data, and practice gaps to develop new education concepts and program strategies that align with supporter priorities and learner needs
  • Prospect and pitch: raise PER's profile among prospective supporters and actively pursue new funding relationships
  • Manage deals end to end: coordinate the design, development, implementation, and measurement of accredited education activities tied to funded commitments
  • Drive execution: serve as the key point of contact between supporters and internal teams, keeping funded programs on track and delivered on time
  • Compensation Range
  • $50,000 – $60,000 base salary, depending on qualifications, plus commission tied to grant revenue closed. This is a commission-based sales role, so your total earnings are directly linked to the funding you bring in. Final base offered depends on the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
