HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

People are at the heart of everything we do. As an HR Business Partner , you will play a key role in shaping an engaging workplace where employees and leaders can thrive. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will partner with managers, support employees throughout their career journey, and drive HR initiatives that contribute directly to our site's success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a trusted partner and coach to managers on all employee and organizational matters
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding
  • Foster a positive employee experience and help build a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture
  • Advise on employee relations topics and ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies
  • Collaborate with employee representatives and support industrial relations activities
  • Drive talent management, learning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
  • Support compensation, benefits, payroll, and workforce planning processes
  • Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights that support business decisions
  • Lead and contribute to local and global HR projects and change initiatives
  • Promote our company values and help strengthen employee engagement across the site

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of HR experience, ideally as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Experience advising managers on performance, talent, and organizational topics
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and confidence in working with HR data and metrics
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
