Summary of the Job:

The Wealth Management Associate is an integral part of the team that provides exceptional client service and support for the Wealth Management team. This role is responsible for completing day to day and regularly occurring activities for leaders and team members. This role will utilize existing procedures and knowledge in their area of expertise to solve standard problems and bring solutions forward. Outstanding customer service including excellent verbal and nonverbal skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects is essential. This role may be required to rotate and provide coverage among a team of Associates to ensure exceptional service to our Wealth team and customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Client Support
  • Promote a client focused culture by creating an experience that will build loyalty and improve business results for FNBO Wealth Management walk-in clients. Return messages and interact with clients over the phone.
  • Provide comprehensive support to Wealth team members. Includes mail processing and coordination of on-site needs.
  • Perform administrative/operational tasks for the Wealth Management teams in accordance with established FNBO policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations. Includes client service requests ranging from onboarding to ongoing maintenance and closing processes.
  • Work well with peers, subject matter experts and other bank employees to promote employee engagement.
  • Responsible for internal communications and assist with external communications as requested for Wealth Management.
  • Managing the Wealth internal SharePoint sites, helping with publishing, updating and reformatting of materials. Reviewing and distributing all communications to Wealth.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
  • Responsible for supporting client fulfillment including any gifts, tickets or customer communications like holiday cards.
  • Create documents for the team to include reports, presentations, meeting agendas, account paperwork, and client letters.
  • Responsible for organizing and executing internal documents and reports. This includes scanning, assigning and completing quality control of documents.
  • Salesforce user and advocate for current on future sales enablement activities, including running reports helping with facilitating Holiday Gifts, Cards and Market Outlook distribution and tracking.

  • Client Communication:

· Provide excellent communication skills through verbal, phone, email and letter writing to promote a client focused culture.

· Exhibit professional behavior and positive working relationships with internal and external clients.

· Assist with organizing client meetings which may include inviting and compiling materials, creating agendas, as well as other details.

· Ensure requests are met and tasks are completed in a professional, timely, seamless, and confidential manner.

· Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external Wealth Management events , including client appreciation events, business partner events, employee events, town halls and other Wealth-related programs.
  • Manage event logistics from planning through execution, including invitations, attendee tracking, venue and vendor coordination, materials, catering, promotional items and day-of-event support.
  • Partner with Wealth Management leaders and internal teams to ensure events are well-organized, professional and aligned with the desired client and employee experience.
  • Assist with developing event communications, presentations, agendas and supporting materials.
  • Gather and review feedback following events and provide recommendations to improve future programs and experiences.
  • Coordinate client and employee recognition initiatives, including gifts, holiday programs and other special events.

Wealth Management Support and Coordination:

· Work closely with the Wealth Management teams to complete project work, as assigned, thoroughly, accurately and efficiently.

· Facilitate planning sessions and provide input and recommendations for Wealth events.

· Ability to create and present material on behalf of Wealth to be used for Wealth Leadership.

· Partner with internal communications liaison for communication needs within Wealth.

· Plan and coordinate logistical support for recurring and new Wealth events.

· Responsible for planning and coordinating internal events and gifts to include town halls, internal and external business partner and client appreciation events, etc. Includes planning attendance, running actual events and providing recommendations on material and items to be covered using data from feedback, surveys and leadership guidance.

· Manage office spaces for consistent experiences throughout Wealth teams.

· Maintain communication with employees on processes, procedures, updates, events and general employee resources.

· Assist in the preparation of invoices for payments.

· Assist with staples promotional products for custom or branded orders and Ariba orders for Wealth teams.

· Coordinate tracking of employee access of systems and tools on a centralized location, assist with new hire system set-up. Set-up to includes scheduling photoshoot if applicable, coordinate website update, email distribution groups, business cards and ongoing maintenance.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program as applicable to your job duties.

· Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required.

· Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations.

· Report and suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent orientation to detail.
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, Forms, Excel (pivots, macros), Word and Power Point experience
  • Ability to deliver clear, articulate and concise messages, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing and able to develop presentations, documents and standard reports that are clear and understood.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, research underlying contributing factors and evaluate appropriate solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively within a team environment.
  • Ability to listen attentively to client needs to best deliver a comprehensive solution.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be able to manage tasks within responsibilities without oversight – ability to know when to escalate and prioritize based on need.
  • Ability to take direction and learn new skills/applications.

Desired:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the Banking, Wealth or Financial Industry
  • Previous experience in a support role

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $47,613.00-$78,560.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
