What you will be doing

• •Monitor payment file imports, processing, and execution.
• •Respond to client inquiries regarding current, past, and future payment execution.
• •Support job scheduling and monitoring in a production environment.
• •Research and resolve user, system, and processing issues.
• •Follow escalation procedures and meet service level agreements.
• •Coordinate testing of application, system, and process changes.
• •Contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives.
• •Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• •Provide internal training and documentation.

What you bring:

• •Customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
• •Mainframe and/or open systems knowledge.
• •Experience with production control tools.
• •Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
