*This position is located on the island of Oahu and candidates must work in the state of Hawaii upon hire*

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

Manage the Premium Audit incoming email folder, monitor & handle Vendor email folder

Handle and address incoming phone calls to the Premium Audit Department.

Review, verify, and finalize self/voluntary audits as assigned including revision, cancellation, and arbitrary audits for physical and hybrid/virtual audits. Follow up with insureds, agents, Commercial Underwriting, Support and Billing/Collections for required information and clarification to verify and finalize audits in a timely manner.

Assist the Premium Audit Reviewer(s) as needed and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications / Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent

2 years general office experience

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Excellent oral and written communication skills – including professional telephone etiquette skills

Strong attention to details

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work well with others

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Insurance system technology

Special Circumstances:

Occasional overtime may be required

Salary:

$39,000 – $48,500 annually
