Job Description

Managing the business of sport refers to management practices and concepts applied in the sport industry. Key management theories and tools both at strategic and operational management levels will be illustrated for a diverse range of sport organisations.

Strategic analysis, strategic direction, performance management, competitive advantage, change management and performance monitoring and evaluation open a strategic approach to the management of sports organisations and their specific features.

The third theme will illustrate tools and concepts for the operational management of sports organisations.
