Associate Manager, Brand & Digital Design

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Management, as the Associate Manager, Brand & Digital Design , you will create clear, engaging and brand-consistent visual communications that help CSL tell its story across corporate channels and stakeholder audiences. You will provide responsive in-house design capability while improving the quality, usability and efficiency of brand assets and templates, and you will support the growth of understanding of brand integrity with all stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three (3) days of onsite work weekly.

The Role:

• •Design high-quality presentations, reports, digital content, campaign materials, infographics and executive communications for CEA (Corporate & External Affairs).
• •Apply and champion CSL brand standards, accessibility principles and production specifications.
• •Develop reusable templates and assets that enable colleagues to produce consistent materials efficiently.
• •Translate complex scientific, financial and corporate information into clear visual concepts.
• •Manage multiple briefs, priorities, review cycles, file versions and production deadlines.
• •Partner with Brand, Reputation, Media, PAGA, Investor Relations and Sustainability colleagues from concept to delivery.
• •Prepare artwork for digital and print production and coordinate specialist suppliers when required.
• •Maintain organised source files and asset libraries and monitor emerging design tools, including responsible AI-enabled workflows, Canva & Brand Center.

Your Skills & Abilities:

• •Degree, diploma or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline; strong portfolio required.
• 4+ years in corporate or agency design; advanced presentation, layout and digital design capability; experience with complex organisations and regulated content desirable. Well versed in Canva and Adobe CS.

• Planning and Organising – Manages concurrent briefs, versions, approvals, files and production deadlines.
• Attention to Detail – Maintains visual, editorial, accessibility and production quality.

Travel Requirements:

Domestic and International travel may be required from time to time.
