- Adapt plans and priorities as the enterprise portfolio evolves while protecting delivery quality and timelines.

- Support assessment of the Canadian commercial opportunity for selected pipeline and emerging assets in partnership with the Directors and Managers and in-line brand teams.
- Synthesize field insights, market research and secondary data related to market potential, customer needs, patient pathways, competitive dynamics and evidence gaps.
- Develop components of commercialization strategies, investment scenarios, business cases and go-to-market recommendations.
- Support assessment of future capabilities, field resources and operating-model requirements.
Support Innovative Commercial Models
- Research and help design new customer-engagement, account-management and resource-deployment approaches.
- Coordinate pilots involving flexible field resources, contract resources, digital-first or hybrid engagement.
- Define tracking plans, consolidate results and prepare recommendations to scale, refine or discontinue each approach.
Build Scalable and Sustainable Enterprise Capability
- Create and maintain project templates, playbooks, trackers, governance materials and other reusable tools.
- Document learning and decisions so that knowledge remains within the Commercial Acceleration team as assignments rotate.
- Share insights and effective practices across the team and broader organization.

- Identify delivery risks early, recommend mitigation and escalate decisions at the appropriate time.
- Balance multiple concurrent assignments and communicate capacity constraints transparently.
