In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und wichtigen Stakeholdern führt die Abteilung "Corporate Strategy and M&A" strategische Planungsprozesse durch, entwickelt zentrale Initiativen und überwacht deren Umsetzung. Im Bereich M&A sind wir außerdem auf globaler Ebene für Akquisitionsprozesse verantwortlich. Verstärke dieses cross-funktionale Team - mit dem Fokus auf M&A - und arbeite damit an herausfordernden und bedeutenden Projekten bei Ottobock.

Aufgaben

  • Identifizierung und Analyse potenzieller Targets sowie Initiierung von Transaktionen
  • Begleitung von Due Diligence-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Erstellen von Businessplänen und Unternehmensbewertungen
  • Entwicklung von Integrationskonzepten und Target-Operating-Modellen
  • Meilenstein- und Financial-Tracking abgeschlossener Projekte

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master-Studium
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer führenden Unternehmensberatung oder in der Strategie-/M&A-Abteilung eines großen internationalen Unternehmens
  • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Offene Persönlichkeit und Teamplayer
