Job Description

The Associate Manager, Innovation & Integration, PCS supports strategic and operational initiatives related to portfolio expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, and integration activities. This role includes content development supporting the commercialization of the Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) portfolio, while contributing to the organization's investment in portfolio growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

The role partners with commercial leadership and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, including Project Management, Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal, to support deal execution, business case development, and operational processes. Responsibilities are focused on due diligence, financial analysis, investment recommendations, negotiations support, and integration-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence activities related to potential partnership, acquisition, licensing, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop clear, data-driven business cases to support strategic investment and business decisions.
  • Support the development of high-level financial analyses and assumptions used in financial models.
  • Support hiring managers and business leaders during negotiations and deal-closing activities.
  • Contribute to initiatives supporting the expansion of the COA portfolio through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
  • Support content development activities that enable the commercialization of the COA portfolio.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes supporting the micro-transactions strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Project Management, Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal, to support deal execution.
  • Analyze information and provide insights to support strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to innovation and integration-related initiatives within PCS.
  • Support operational activities associated with active and prospective opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategic partnerships, clinical research, or related fields.
  • Advanced business English proficiency
  • Experience supporting negotiations and stakeholder discussions.
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA).
  • Experience supporting portfolio expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, or integration activities.
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, consulting, technology, or other relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of clinical research and clinical development environments.
  • Experience working in global and cross-functional organizations.

Work Model: 100% Remote (available only in the countries listed in the job posting).
