Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization (Innovation)

Summary:

We are looking for a New Product Development Specialist to drive strategies that support new product development, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. This role combines creativity, market insights, and strategic thinking to position the company as a leader in innovation and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Innovation:

• •Lead the ASEAN NPD process and report to leadership on progress. This role does not run the individual projects or represent marketing in all of them, but rather serves as a center of excellence help, guide, inspire, and keep the teams on track for delivery
• •Pre-scoping: Ensure teams conduct impactful ideation and break friction to move through the process to scoping advantaged or white space innovation
• •In-flight projects: Ensure team remain committed to aligned NS, DPM, FADs and MEAs.
• •Launch: Ensure teams know and apply best-practice NPD launches for maximum impact, not just achieving the launch date.
• •3X Innovation commitment: Ensure ASEAN is building an abundant pipeline through ideation that drives the country/category strategies with an emphasis on fewer/bigger.
• •Develop capability for true whitespace innovation within the region to include working with 3rd-party manufacturers in the ideation process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with MIM, RD&E, CIBA and sales teams to align marketing efforts with innovation goals.

Performance Measurement:

Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement to optimize future initiatives.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• •Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or Marketing. Those with Masters/ MBA is preferred
• •5-7 years of Commercial experience (Sales/Trade Marketing/Marketing)
• •3-5 years of FMCG new product development (innovation) experience
• •Fluent in conversational and written English
• •Understanding and knowledge of the FMCG environment
• •Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, high sense of urgency

Job Requirements:

• •Permanent – full time job
• •No relocation eligibility
• •Required travel to markets in the regions when necessary
• •Strong interest in regional/international commercial careers
