Support all stages of ad effectiveness research—study design, field management, data analysis, and client deliverables—executing measurement approaches that best fit campaign goals, including brand lift, conversion, foot traffic, and sales lift
Partner with go-to-market teams, providing measurement expertise, industry knowledge, and clear, insight-driven recommendations and proof points
Liaise with industry research vendors daily to assess feasibility, activate campaigns, monitor optimizations, and present findings
Identify, investigate, and evaluate new media measurement models, data sources, and research partners, and establish processes with internal operations teams to ensure technical campaign measurement setup and tracking
Build benchmarks, media and creative best practices, and optimization plans for audience and targeting strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue impact
Turn measurement results into actionable growth strategies for clients and increased adoption of Kargo's priority ad products
Participate in client-facing strategy sessions, campaign kick-offs, and end-of-campaign presentations to deepen relationships with advertisers
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in a research, analytics, or measurement role
Expertise in digital brand lift measurement; experience in digital, video, and/or CTV preferred
Direct experience with research services like Upwave, Dynata, Kantar, Foursquare, Circana, Samba, Attain, and DISQO
