• About the Role:
• The Data Mapping Agent is a critical role supporting a New York-based C-level advisory firm. You will be responsible for identifying high-level executive talent (C-suite and Senior Management) to help Private Equity firms make informed investment decisions. This is a high-quality, high-nuance role. We are not looking for simple data entry; we need agents who can think critically, verify complex professional histories, and provide strategic insights into the executive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Mapping: Conduct deep-dive research to identify top-tier executives within specific sectors (Tech, Healthcare, Industrials, etc.).

Data Accuracy: Populate standardized Excel templates with executive contact info, career history, and current roles.

Critical Verification: Go beyond the surface level to verify if an executive has moved into a new full-time role or board position. Accuracy is the #1 priority to ensure the NYC outreach team has reliable data.

Strategic Suggestion: Analyse the project scope and proactively suggest additional companies or "bonus" profiles that fit the client’s investment criteria.

Quality Control: Self-audit all work to ensure "nuance" is captured-identifying details that automated tools often miss.

Requirements:

Strong English Communication skills.

Fresh graduate from any discipline.

Think strategically; going beyond basic instructions, quick learner and Highly adaptable and agile

Expert knowledge of LinkedIn, advanced Google searches, and business news outlets.

High proficiency in Excel for data organization and formatting.

Consistently produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
