What you will do:

• •Facilitate in the full cycle of procurement processes including conducting RFQ , price updates to ERP system and ensuring payment process to vendors
• •Support the Directs procurement team in keeping accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• •Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• •Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• •Conduct data gathering exercises (review supplier transactions and spend).
• •Support in the Vendor Registration/Update Process and Vendor Credit form applications
• •Update all certificates for Suppliers that have expired/will expire
• •Update all overdue Proprietary Information Agreements for Suppliers

Work schedule : Full time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week

Qualifications:

• •Degree Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• •Minimum 6 months experience in procurement or administrative role
• •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• •Presentation skills necessary to professionally represent to the supplier.
• •The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, and subject matter experts.
