Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Associate Product Manager who has hands-on experience working with CRM platforms and business processes. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in CRM administration, operations, customer experience, implementation, or process optimization and are looking to transition into Product Management.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve workflows, enhance user experiences, and build scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Identify customer pain points and translate them into product requirements.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch product features.
• •Manage and optimize CRM workflows, configurations, and automation initiatives.
• •Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders.
• •Support product testing, releases, and continuous product improvements.
• •Analyze user feedback and product data to drive decision-making.
• •Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Preferred Quafication

• •Prior experience in a Product Executive, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Operations, or CRM-focused role.
• •Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• •Experience working with APIs, integrations, workflow automation tools, or no-code/low-code platforms.
• •Exposure to fintech, insurtech, SaaS, or B2B technology products.
• •Demonstrated interest in Product Management and product development.
