Build something monumental for Healthcare!
At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager at Tandem, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to help us build better products, faster. You’ll operate at the center of how product development happens - helping teams stay aligned, pushing initiatives forward, spotting problems early, and making sure good ideas actually turn into shipped product.
This is not just an operations role focused on coordination or administration. It’s a highly execution-oriented role for someone who wants to continue growing into Product Management and enjoys being close to product development, engineering, users, and decision-making. You’ll start by doing whatever it takes to move product forward, including the operational work, and take on more product ownership as you grow.
You’ll work closely with senior Product Managers and leadership, helping drive day-to-day execution while learning how high-performing product organizations operate. We’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, notices friction before others do, and enjoys bringing structure and momentum to ambiguous environments.
Some days that means coordinating work across teams, following up on important initiatives, or improving internal product workflows. Other days it means running user interviews, digging into user feedback, writing product specs, testing new functionality, helping prioritize work to help move product development forward.
We’re a fast-moving team that values ownership, curiosity, and iteration. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who has high ambition, is driven and structured, and wants to learn how exceptional technology products are built in practice. You don’t need strong product skills yet - we’ll train you up in product management over time.
What You'll Do
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to keep product development running smoothly, remove friction, chase initiatives to done, and turn ideas into shipped product
Help drive initiatives forward across multiple teams and stakeholders
Identify friction, inefficiencies, and product problems, and proactively make improvements
Support prioritization, planning, and day-to-day coordination across product teams
Run user interviews and gather and synthesize user feedback, product insights, and operational learnings

Contribute to product discovery, testing, and QA processes
Support the team in maintaining strong product development processes and workflows
Help improve how Product, Engineering, and Design collaborate together
Take ownership of smaller initiatives and product areas over time with support from Product Manager
Implement smaller features with low tech complexity
What You Bring
Strong drive, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership
Clear interest in software products & technology
Strong organizational and communication skills
An understanding of how to run good user interviews, or clearly coachable to get there quickly: you’ve read up on the basics, like avoiding leading questions

Good judgment and ability to identify problems and think through solutions
Comfortable working closely with technical teams and learning new tools quickly
A pragmatic, low-ego mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
Comfort operating with ambiguity and imperfect information
Ability to solve complex problems
Semi-technical: you understand how software gets built well enough to work closely with engineers. You don’t need to be able to code
Experience building with Claude Code, Codex or similar

Strong design or product instincts
