  • Unterstützung komplexer IT-Infrastruktur- und Serviceprojekte mit technischem Schwerpunkt
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Meilensteinen und Kosten sowie Koordination von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Erkennen und Nachverfolgen von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken innerhalb der Projektplanung
  • Aufbau und Umsetzung des Anforderungs- und Changemanagements
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten, Protokollen sowie Personal- und Kommunikationsübersichten
  • Organisation und Koordination regelmäßiger Projekttermine und der Projektkommunikation
  • Strukturierung und Pflege der Projektablage und projektrelevanter Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Sonderthemen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium, IT-Ausbildung oder mindestens sechs Jahre IT-Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens vier Jahre Erfahrung in komplexen IT-Projekten und im PMO
  • PMO-Praxis: mindestens zwei Jahre nach Studium oder fünf Jahre nach Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement
  • IPMA C, PMP oder PRINCE2 Practitioner sowie PSM/PSPO oder CAPM
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project, SharePoint, MS Office und Visio
  • Erfahrung im Risiko-, Anforderungs-, Change- und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Moderations-, Präsentations- und fachliche Führungskompetenz
  • Deutsch mindestens C1
