Our Work
The Securities group at Brattle in Sydney works on complex, high-stakes disputes involving shareholder claims, regulatory investigations, and expert evidence. We provide our Associates with a variety of experiences and individualised development with increasing responsibilities. Associates are central members of each project team, and they apply finance, accounting, and economic concepts to help resolve high-profile engagements, including litigation, corporate strategy regulation, and public policy on behalf of our clients.
Associates are responsible for framing research approaches, managing projects, and supervising teams while building individual expertise. As they gain valuable hands-on project experience, Associates also become more involved in developing client relationships and marketing and business development efforts. Brattle Associates also benefit from continuous formal and informal training and development opportunities. Brattle is committed to being a multi-generational firm, with many of our Associates developing into Principals and testifying experts.
