This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
• Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and curious Entry-Level Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who enjoy building customer-facing applications, scalable backend services, and data-driven solutions. The engineer will contribute across frontend, backend, cloud, big data, and emerging AI-powered experiences while learning industry best practices from experienced mentors.

Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and services.
• •Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using contemporary frontend frameworks.
• •Develop scalable backend APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• •Work with JVM-based applications and services to support enterprise-scale workloads.
• •Contribute to data processing and analytics solutions using distributed computing technologies.
• •Integrate AI-powered capabilities such as intelligent search, chat experiences, recommendations, and workflow automation into applications.
• •Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• •Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and operational excellence activities.
• •Implement automated testing, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• •Learn and apply software engineering best practices related to scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •0-2 years of software engineering experience (internships, projects, research, or full-time experience).
• •Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• •Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.
• •Understanding of frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• •Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and client-server architecture.
• •Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• •Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• •Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Frontend

• •React, Angular, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• •TypeScript and component-based application development.
• •Responsive and accessible UI development.

Backend & JVM

• •Experience with Java and the JVM ecosystem.
• •Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks.
• •Understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
• •Knowledge of asynchronous programming and distributed systems concepts.

Data & Analytics

• •Basic understanding of Apache Spark and large-scale data processing.
• •Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL concepts, and batch/stream processing.
• •Exposure to SQL optimization and data modeling.

AI & Intelligent Applications

• •Understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM-based applications.
• •Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
• •Exposure to prompt engineering and AI application integration.
• •Basic knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search concepts.
• •Interest in building AI-powered user experiences and productivity solutions.

Cloud & DevOps

• •Familiarity with AWS, or Google Cloud.
• •Understanding of containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• •Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle practices.
