Associate Solution Engineer | Manufacturing

The Solution Engineer, Assoc will assist the sales force (direct and channel) by providing in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our products in order to close ERP sales opportunities.

What you will be doing:

• •Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
• •Document processes and provide workflow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, or accounting.
• •Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer.
• •Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
• •Assist in conducting customer or prospect webinars.
• •50% travel, domestic

What you will likely bring:

• •Minimum of 1 year of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
• •Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
• •Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry
• •Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
• •Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).

• •1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Range:

Minimum: $62,000 USD Maximum: $100,000 USD
