Associate Specialist, Customer Solutions

As a member of this team, you’ll work cross-functionally across our organization to ensure our customers receive the support they need and feel connected to our mission of putting patients at the heart of every decision.

How you’ll make an impact

• •Take ownership of day-to-day operations and the end-to-end management of an assigned customer and order portfolio across distributor-served EEMEA markets.
• •Own end-to-end order execution, ensuring accurate and timely processing and delivery.
• •Manage relationships with customers and distributors, providing proactive communication and effective solutions.
• •Monitor inventory and backorders, identify potential risks, and coordinate actions to meet customer needs.
• •Resolve complex order, inventory, and service-related issues, involving the right SMEs and stakeholders when needed.
• •Partner with Sales, warehouses, QA, and other functions to ensure smooth execution and effective issue resolution.
• •Manage complex order scenarios, including consignment, credit orders, pricing-related topics, and master data requirements.
• •Act as a key user of JDE and SFDC, sharing operational expertise and supporting effective system use.
• •Identify and drive process and system improvements that strengthen efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

What you'll need (Required):

• •Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in Customer Service, Customer Solutions, Order Management, or a comparable customer-facing operational role.
• •Proficiency in English, other languages are plus.

• •Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• •Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; JDE and SFDC experience is an advantage.
• •The ability to thrive in a dynamic, international, and evolving business environment.
• •A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and propose better solutions.
