- Participate in community relations and screening and early-detection outreach in partnership with care delivery sites and community partners.

- Design staffing mix, hours of operation, space allocation, and patient scheduling and access processes for service line care sites; partner with Patient Accounting on insurance verification and registration.
- Negotiate and execute purchased-service contracts in collaboration with supply chain; evaluate the need for and engage external consultants.
- Maintain responsibility for Joint Commission readiness and for Commission on Cancer and NAPBC accreditation, in partnership with Oncology service line physician and nurse leaders.
