Role: Warehouse Associate

Reports to : Distribution Center Manager

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Location : El Cajon/Raleigh

ensuring that high-quality life science products are delivered to our customers accurately and

on time, while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

What will you do:

• •Process orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations
• •Able to perform tasks in all the following process paths, receiving, picking, packing &
• •shipping
• •Package and label shipments following standard operating procedures and complete all
• •necessary documentation for hazardous materials
• •Assist in proper storage and management of inventory
• •Pulling of sample orders
• •Building of Maker products as required
• •Work collaboratively with your team to foster a positive and supportive work environment
• •Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment as needed once trained and authorized
• •to move, stage, load, and unload materials.
• •If required for compliance, Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Certification or willingness to
• •obtain (training provided)
• •Maintain compliance with safety protocols

Requirements

What you will bring:

• •1+ years of relevant experience in a stockroom or warehouse is a plus
• •Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping programs is a plus
• •Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• •Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a safe working
• •environment
• •Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems
• •quickly
• •Basic proficiency with computers and scanning equipment preferred, along with familiarity
• •with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams
• •Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Works efficiently within deadlines

Physical Requirements:

• •Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• •Lift and carry packages weigh 60 lbs. and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• •to handle materials
• •Stand and move continuously throughout the shift, including walking and navigating stairs
• •Pick, pack, and prepare items accurately and efficiently for shipment

Starting at $20.00/hr. may be higher DOE
