Role and Key responsibilities:

• •Develop and coach sales team members to achieve performance/targets
• •Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
• •Lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
• •Mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
• •Develop strong interpersonal relationships with the team, to cohesively bond them together with the Customer and integrate them with the vision and core values of the Customer
• •Manage BQ’s & PIP cases
• •Team member performance management and identification of training opportunities
• •Forward non- resolvable issues to the Operations Manager.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• •Candidate with two to four years of Sales experience preferred
• •Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach sales team members to achieve performance/targets
• •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
• •Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
• •Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• •Hindi & English speaking is mandatory for this role since they will have to speak to the customers & they are from North.

Qualification: Graduation .
