Job Description & Summary

A career in our Regulatory Compliance practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.

Buscamos incorporar un perfil coordinador del equipo PBC- AML en nuestro Centro de Servicios compartidos de Málaga.

Perfil técnico:

Grado/Licenciatura en Derecho/ADE o similares
Nivel medio-alto de inglés
Deseable: Experiencia en trabajos relacionados con PBC, AML y FT (análisis de operativa sospechosa principalmente)

Funciones

Análisis de operativa transaccional e identificación de posibles indicios de blanqueo de capitales y ﬁnanciación del terrorismo (análisis de alertas de primer nivel y exámenes especiales)
Análisis de alertas de screening, listas de sanciones.
Seguimiento de decisiones (restricciones, cancelaciones)
Actualización de las medidas de diligencia debida.
