The Assurance Transformation team drives transformation across the Singapore Assurance practice. We design, build and support automation solutions and audit technologies that help engagement teams and operations work more efficiently, while meeting governance requirements, encouraging adoption and delivering measurable benefits.

Responsibilities:

Process automation: Work with Assurance client-face and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design, develop, test and support automation solutions.

Data automation and analytics: Understand stakeholder needs and develop automated data preparation, validation, reporting and analytics solutions that provide reliable insights.

Technology enablement: Partner with technology teams to coordinate software, system and infrastructure requirements needed to implement and support automation solutions.

Delivery and continuous improvement: Coordinate implementation, monitor outcomes, resolve issues and enhance solutions based on feedback.

Assurance technology adoption: Support Assurance technology tools and help stakeholders adopt solutions through guidance, issue resolution and ongoing engagement.

Compliance and governance: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure automation and data solutions meet applicable information security, data privacy, risk and governance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, process automation, digital transformation or a related field.

Advanced hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate (desktop and cloud) and Copilot Studio.

Advanced hands-on proficiency in Python and/or Alteryx for data preparation, matching and automation.

Demonstrated ability to deliver and support automation solutions end to end, including requirements gathering, development, data validation, reconciliation, UAT, deployment and documentation, with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP, with the ability to integrate existing LLM capabilities into solutions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and explain technical matters clearly to Assurance teams.

Strong learning agility, with the ability to understand audit, finance and other business processes quickly.

A continuous curiosity about evolving technologies and a proactive approach to exploring and applying them in practical solutions.

Awareness of governance requirements for automation, including information security, data privacy and risk reviews.

Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and projects, coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, and communicate progress and issues effectively.
