Hands-on experience developing embedded real-time applications and robust telecommunications features.
Practical knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD automation environments (e.g., Jenkins).
Experience applying AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), agentic coding workflows, and AI-driven automated testing frameworks to increase engineering velocity.
Deep understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, UDP).
Proven ability to decompose complex system architecture into modular, scalable, and innovative software designs.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
