Asystent Spedytora Krajowego FTL (k/m/n)

Miejsce pracy: 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl, Sękowo 58

Twoje zadania:

  • Wsparcie spedytora w codziennej pracy operacyjnej:
  • realizacji zleceń spedycyjnych w krajowym transporcie drogowym całopojazdowym
  • planowaniu przewozów, ustalaniu warunków transportu Ÿ
  • optymalizacji kosztów spedycyjnych
  • Budowanie długofalowej współpracy z klientami i przewoźnikami
  • Dbanie o płynność obiegu dokumentów
  • Rozliczanie faktur przewoźników i zleceniodawców
  • Dbanie o wysoką jakość usług oferowanych klientom

Oczekiwania:

  • Dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność, samodzielność, odporność na stres
  • Ukierunkowanie na realizację celów
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole, komunikatywność
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
  • Chęć uczenia się
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
