【募集背景/Reason for hiring】
日産自動車は次世代の車載用2次電池として期待される全固体電池の自社開発に取り組み、カーボンニュートラル社会の実現に貢献していきます。現在全固体電池をはじめとする新商品の生産設備の開発/設計/製作を加速させるための組織強化を図っており、いままでのご経験を活かした新しい設備の開発/設計を一緒に推進していただける人財が必要です。
【職務内容/Main Tasks】
- 電池・エンジン部品・足回り部品といった多種にわたるパワートレイン生産用設備の開発/設計/製作をご担当いただきます。
- ・要求される製品品質を具現化するための設備とその要素技術の調査、採用
- ・製品固有要件に起因する設備課題の洗い出しと対策
- ・製品/設備両面の成立性確保に向けた製品開発への参画(研究開発部署を含め様々な部署との連携等）
- ・設備コンセプト検討、提案、要素検証による妥当性評価、量産用生産設備への適用

- 【登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required】
- ＜MUST＞
- ・電池や自動車部品もしくはそれに準ずる工業製品の機械加工/自動組立設備に関わる業務知識、経験を有すること
- ・生産設備の設備設計、開発（機械または制御）に関わる実務経験を有すること
- ・技術開発課題に対して主体的に業務計画を立案し、必要となる実験手法やリソースを提案しながら遂行し、定期的に明確な進捗報告ができること
- ・Microsoft、Officeソフト（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、Teamsなど）によるコミュニケーション、文書（レポート、仕様書作成など）作成が可能であること
- ・CAD操作ができること
＜WANT＞
- ・車載用電池、エンジン、モーター、足回り部品の量産生産技術に対する知識、実務経験を有すること
- ・設備設計/製作に対する知識、実務経験を有すること
- ・日常業務における英語読解力(論文読み込みまとめ、特許文献読み込みまとめ、装置資料、含む資料作成、が可能な程度)
自動車業界経験：/Experience of the car industryあれば尚可/Prefferd
TOEIC：600点
