ブルーボトルコーヒーのバリスタとして、ゲスト一人ひとりに心を込めたホスピタリティをお届けしながら、コーヒーのスキルや知識を身につけ、日々のカフェ体験をより良いものにしていきませんか？
正社員バリスタには、一人のバリスタとしてゲストへ素晴らしい体験をお届けすることに加え、カフェの一員として主体的に考え、行動し、チームメンバーと協力しながら、より良いカフェづくりに取り組んでいくことも期待しています。
ブルーボトルコーヒーのビジョンや大切にしている価値観を理解し、日々のカフェ運営を支えながら、チームやゲストにとってより良い環境をつくるために、自ら気づき、周囲に働きかけていくことも正社員バリスタの大切な役割です。
また、自身のコーヒースキルや知識を継続して高めるだけでなく、学んだことをチームへ共有したり、リーダーシップチームと連携しながらカフェ全体のサービスやオペレーションの向上に取り組んでいただきます。
今回の募集では、〜11月頃にご入社いただける方を募集しています。
- 勤務地は、関東エリアのいずれかとなります。
- 通勤可能範囲を伺ったうえで、採用状況・各カフェの人員状況等を踏まえて配属先を相談・決定します。
- ※入社後も、運営状況等に応じて 他カフェへの異動や応援勤務をお願いする場合があります 。
