- 職務資格條件：
- 1.所需證照：需具備證券商業務人員證照；具信託業務員證照及財富管理業務人員、基金銷售人員資格者佳。
- 2.工作經驗：具銀行、保險、投信或券商同業經驗者優先。
- 3.所需能力：具基金、保險等財富管理商品知識及資產配置、投資規劃能力。
- 4.特質要求：企圖心、抗壓性強、勇於接受挑戰及面對挫折、學習力佳、對證券業工作具高度興趣者。
