Job Description
本職位最主要的 3 – 5 項工作職責
- 辦理/協助海外子公司之法令遵循事宜及其相關文件，以降低國內外法令之遵法風險維護集團權益。
- 協助境外外籌基金之法令遵循事宜及其相關文件，以確保本集團子公司管理事務之合規進行並確保基金及投資人之利益。
- 辦理/協作投資業務之規劃及政策建議，以促進集團業務合規發展。
- 落實及執行本公司法令遵循制度，確保各單位及人員遵守相關作業規範及程序，以提升遵法意識。
- 辦理本公司暨子公司中英文合約審閱及其他法律案件諮詢，以維護公司利益及確保公司業務之履行。
基本條件及能力要求
學歷 (education) :大學以上，碩士以上優先。
工作經驗 (work experience) :具律師事務所/公司法務法遵6年以上經歷。
專業能力 (professional capabilities) :公司一般合約審閱、金融等法令研析知識、內部規章修正技巧。
專業證照 (professional license) : 具臺灣或國外律師執照。
語言能力 (language) : 英文讀寫能力流利。
其他 (others) :細心耐煩、邏輯清晰、認真學習。
