Job Description
1. 負責網路銀行及行動銀行App之產品規劃與生命週期管理，涵蓋需求分析、流程設計、測試上線、成效追蹤及迭代優化。
2. 協同業務、資訊與設計等單位，將客戶與業務需求轉化為可執行方案，撰寫需求文件並推動專案落地。
3. 結合市場趨勢、客戶回饋、使用行為與營運數據，持續優化客戶旅程、服務流程及UI／UX體驗。
4. 持續關注國內外數位金融、FinTech及AI應用趨勢，提出產品或服務優化建議，並善用AI及數位工具提升工作效率與產出品質。
需求條件:
1. 大學以上，具3年以上銀行個人金融、數位產品、數位金融或App產品規劃相關經驗。
2. 具產品與專案管理、數據分析及客戶體驗思維，熟悉數位產品開發與營運流程，能依據數據及使用者回饋提出優化方案。
3. 具良好邏輯分析、跨部門溝通協調與執行能力，能獨立負責及主動推進工作，並具備團隊合作精神。
熟悉Office及AI／數位協作工具；具敏捷開發、UI／UX、數位金融或法遵風險概念者尤佳。
