Job Description
工作內容說明：
1.數據中台服務規劃與產品管理
2.客戶360（Customer 360）規劃與建置
3.GenBI規劃與建置
4.數據產品需求管理、規劃與跨部門協作
5.數據價值經營與創新應用推動
條件要求 ：
1.學歷 (education) : 大學、碩士
2.工作經驗 (work experience) : 五年以上
3.專業證照 (professional license) : 不拘
4.語言能力 (language) : 不拘
工作技能：
1.具備數據產品、數據平台或數位產品規劃經驗
2.能將業務需求轉換為數據產品需求、功能規格及發展藍圖
3.具備資料建模（Data Modeling）與語意層設計經驗
4.熟悉客戶360（Customer 360）相關資料整合與應用情境
5.具備SQL, Python資料處理與分析能力
6.具備跨部門專案規劃及推動能力
其他工作條件限制：
1.具5年以上金融業經驗(保險業尤佳)
2.具5年以上資料分析、數據平台、BI產品或數據產品規劃相關經驗
3.具 2 年以上擔任跨部門專案或產品管理角色者尤佳
4.具備 GenBI、自然語言查詢（NLQ）、Text-to-SQL 等應用規劃經驗尤佳
5.良好團隊溝通協調, 具規劃, 獨立思考及問題分析解決能力
