本ポジションは、CEO直下のExecutive Officeにて、経営意思決定の高度化と全社の経営基盤強化の両面を担う役割です。
経営会議体の運営・高度化を軸としながら、CEOおよびグローバルの経営陣と密に連携し、全社に大きな影響を与える重要テーマの企画・推進をリードいただきます。
取り組むテーマは固定されておらず、経営アジェンダに応じて変化しますが、例としては以下のような領域が含まれます。いずれも全社に跨り、会社の成長と競争力に直結するテーマであり、課題設定から実行・定着まで一気通貫で関与することが期待されます。
経営意思決定プロセスおよび会議体の高度化
コーポレートガバナンスおよびリスクマネジメントの整備
全社横断での業務プロセス改善およびDX推進（AI活用含む）
グローバルプロジェクトのプログラムマネジメント
