A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : 主要职责
工作描述：
负责HVAC用直流输入大功率压缩机或电机用变频器的控制板软件改进和测试。
组织并参与OPAL RT测试平台PCBA工装规划/测试，完成模拟器图纸/BOM和操作规程文档。
根据VSD设计工程师要求在OPAL RT上仿真并发现具体现场或新产品问题。
主要职责：
消化VSD 设计软件/开发工具和对应的设计文档；能根据VSD设计工程师改进VSD软件并在OPAL RT上模拟运行或机组测试台运行‘ 参与VSD样机研发模拟验证测试和机组验证测试； 检索最新功率电子算法相关资料；定期提供研究报告 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求；
B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : 任职条件 : 学历，工作经验， 能力和技能
学历: 电子电气、功率电子、机电一体或自动化相关专业本科及以上学历； 工作经验： 3年以上变频器/驱动器硬件件开发经验； 能力和技能：
- 精通变频器/驱动器原理；
- 熟悉SPM/IPM/IM原理和控制算法；
- 精通C/C++编程语言；
- 熟悉Saber，MBD或Simulink仿真；
- 熟悉功率器件（如IGBT, SiC等器件）技术参数特性,精通选型计算和设计验证要求
- 熟悉相应的测量仪器、仪表、设备的使用；
- 优秀的专业知识表达，分析和解决问题的能力；
- 良好的沟通能力、服务意识和团队合作精神；
- 英语读写水平熟练，能阅读相关英文资料与图纸。口语熟练者优先；
