2013年に香港で誕生したLalamove（ララムーブ）は、テクノロジーで物流を再定義するオンデマンド配達プラットフォームです。「迅速かつ手頃な価格の配送を通じて、地域を活性化すること」をミッションに、世界15拠点(アジア・中南米・欧州・中東)で事業を展開するグローバルユニコーン企業として、人・車両・貨物をシームレスに繋いでいます。日本市場においても、ラストワンマイルの非効率を解決するインフラとして急成長を続けています。現在、関西拠点は2名体制で着実に実績を積み上げていますが、関西エリアを急成長させる為に営業メンバーを追加募集することになりました。

お任せしたいこと

関西エリアにおけるLalamoveのB2B利用拡大を担う、営業ポジションです。現在2名体制の関西チームに3人目のコアメンバーとして加わり、これまでの経験を活かして法人顧客の新規獲得を加速させてください。結果を出す為に自ら色々と考え、動き、商談を成立させる「攻め」の姿勢を持っている人を探しています。

・ 新規法人開拓: 関西エリアの製造業、卸売業、EC、飲食チェーン等へのアウトバウンド営業およびLalamoveの導入提案。

・ ターゲット業界の深掘り: 現在の2名がカバーしきれていない新たな業種やエリアを特定し、独自の営業パイプラインを構築。

・ ソリューションセールス: 顧客の物流コスト削減や配送効率化の課題に対し、Lalamoveのプラットフォームを組み合わせた最適なプランの提案。

・ 成功事例の型化: 自身の成功事例やクロージング手法をチーム内に共有し、関西チーム全体の成約率向上に貢献。

・ 東京本社との連携: 東京本社やオペレーションチームと連携し、大型案件の配送品質維持や特殊なニーズへの対応を調整。
