Job Description
ติดตามข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนแปลง/แก้ไขกฎเกณฑ์ และสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ศึกษากฎหมาย กฎเกณฑ์ ข้อบังคับ มาตรฐาน และแนวปฏิบัติด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธนาคารเพื่อกำหนดแนวทาง หรือวางหลักเกณฑ์ กฎระเบียบ การปฏิบัติงานภายในธนาคารให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ทางการกำหนด
ทบทวนระเบียบ คู่มือ นโยบาย คำสั่ง และ Procedure ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้สอดคล้องกับกฎเกณฑ์กำกับดูแลที่มีการปรับปรุง และแนวปฏิบัติของภาคธุรกิจ
เป็นที่ปรึกษา ให้ข้อแนะนำการปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศแก่หน่วยงาน IT และหน่วยงานภายในธนาคารเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์และคำสั่งทางการ
กำหนดแผนและดำเนินการสอบทานการปฏิบัติงานด้านกฎเกณฑ์ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามที่ได้รับอนุมัติจากผู้บริหาร
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล ได้แก่ ธปท. สกมช. และ สพธอ. ในการเข้าตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบทั้ง Onsite / Offsite ตลอดจนประสานกับหน่วยงานภายในธนาคารเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลนำส่งหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล รวมทั้งจัดทำเอกสารสรุปผลการตรวจสอบเสนอคณะกรรมการต่างๆ
เป็นคณะทำงานด้าน IT ในการให้คำปรึกษาเกณฑ์ทางการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับหน่วยงาน IT และหน่วยงานภายในธนาคาร เช่น IT Third Party, AIWG, Pent-Test
เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการหารือ การผ่อนผัน การขออนุญาต การรายงานต่างๆ
Qualification :
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจธนาคารพาณิชย์
มีความรู้ และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับกฎเกณฑ์ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ได้แก่ ความรู้ด้านกฎเกณฑ์ และความรู้ด้านระบบงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับปานกลางถึงดี
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Feature ของผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินของธุรกิจธนาคารประเภทต่าง ๆ
สามารถทำงานร่วมกับบุคคลอื่น หรือหน่วยงานอื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง สามารถให้ความเห็นในที่ประชุมได้
หากมีความรู้ในการ Coding program เพื่อดึงข้อมูล หรือ AI จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
