Обязанности:

  • Поддержка менеджеров по работе с аптечными сетями в оперативной деятельности;
  • Подготовка отчетности, аналитических таблиц и презентационных материалов;
  • Взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями ( логистика, бухгалтерия, маркетинг);
  • Подготовка и обработка документов ( договоры, приложения, счета);
  • Организация встреч, командировок, ведение деловой переписки;

Требования:

  • Высшее образование (экономика, управление, фармацевтика приветствуется);
  • Опыт работы от 1 года на аналогичной позиции (ассистент отдела продаж, офис-менеджер, администратор отдела);
  • Владение Excel на уровне уверенного пользователя (сводные таблицы, формулы, графика);
  • Знание 1С, SAP, M-files – будет преимуществом;
  • Умение работать с большим объемом информации, внимательность к деталям;
  • Коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость, инициативность;
